Do you offer any discounts? Is there a minimum I have to order?

There is an auotmatic discount applied at checkout if you order 5+ items from our website!

There is no minimum order requirement, so you can order as little or as much stock as you need each week.

I am unsure what size to choose?

Women's items all have size charts in the product photos on the website. Please refer to the size charts when placing orders.

Kids clothing & bamboo all runs extremely true to size, with LOTS of stretchy softness.

Do you offer drop shipping?

Yes! We offer drop shopping for any of your orders. Please check out using your customer's shipping address, and leave a NOTE at checkout letting us know the order is being drop shipped.

Orders

How long can I order the items that I see on the website?

Items are available each week Sunday morning- Saturday 9pm CST. We restock the website with new items every Sunday.

Can I order a full run of an item?

Yes! Every preorder item on our website has the option to order a full run, which saves you $1 per item versus ordering individually!

Can I still order something after it is removed from the website?

We cannot guarantee items will still be in stock after they are removed from the website on Saturday at 9pm CST, you can reach us either by email or Facebook message to confirm if an item is in stock and we can invoice you directly for your order. Please note - Any orders placed after the weekly cutoff will start over on TAT for the next week.

Returns

Can I return an item?

All sales are final once your order is placed. We can return items only if they are damaged, for store credit or a replacement of the same or similar item. Please be sure to check sizing when placing orders, as we are not responsible for orders placed of the incorrect size.

How do I return an item?

If an item you receive has a defect, please email us or send us a Facebook message within 7 days of receiving the item, with a photo of the defect. We will issue you a return label at no cost, and you have 3 days to send the item back for store credit or a replacement of the same or similar item.

To qualify for a return items must be unwashed and unworn.

Do you accept refunds?

We do not offer refunds, but we do offer store credit or item replacement for any defects.

Shipping

The shipping carrier lost my package or is taking too long, what do I do?

We are not responsible for items once they leave our store. All packages are insured when shipped, please reach out to the carrier to file a lost/damaged/stolen package claim.

Most items arrive in 3-7 days. However, also cannot control the speed at which the carrier delivers your item, unless you have reached out to us and paid for expedited shipping.

What is your TAT?

Our TAT is up to 20 business days from the day each weekly drop CLOSES. This means your TAT will start on the Saturday after you place your order. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
